PRE-ORDER our New Book: One Stroke Face Painting!

I'm super excited to announce that my new book, "One Stroke Face Painting," is at the printers as I write this, and is PRE-ORDERING IS NOW AVAILABLE! It should be complete on Tuesday...which means I hope to have it in my hands on Tuesday or Wednesday, depending on what time of day it is ready for pick-up.
Front Cover
This book will measure 5.5" x 8.5", and will have a coil binding.  This enables you to lay the book flat on the table while you're working on the designs!  There are 40 step-by-step designs in the book...half of them are cheek art and the other half are full faces.

Back Cover
I went to great lengths to ensure that every page has COLOR!  I know that we artists are visual people, and a photo or even a text page without color is...well...a missed opportunity. So, you can expect to see full color photos of every design.

Table of Contents
As you can see from the contents above, this book also touches on many other important topics like loading a brush/sponge, teardrops & linework, lighting, making split cakes, troubleshooting, and more.

Click here to pre-order your copy today for $25.00!

Is there a digital edition?

Unfortunately we don't have a digital version...yet! I do hope to in the near future, however, I'm having all sorts of technical issues converting my file to work for Kindle. Once I get it resolved, I'll definitely post updates on my blog and/or Facebook page though!! :-)

This is a very much needed blog . Thanks so much for having the courage and honesty to post about this industry. Over the past few months in New York the prices have plummeted , I can only assume people are flooding the market with people who dont have the experience that most of have. . I would love to see this posted on the blog in Gigmasters or on Thumbtack although probably not possible. Now THumbtack has a new feature that lets the client say what their budget is. ! it is getting harder and harder to make a living . I travel up to two hours for a gig I love facepainting but I will try and keep the faith and keep doing what I love and hope we can all keep being professional and talented !
Thanks
